  • Anna and Stuart – Married in Spain 2009

When my Husband and I decided we wanted to get married we didn’t know where to begin in regards to the ceremony, we knew we wanted a totally unique and personal way to commit to one another but felt strongly that while we wanted to be different we didn’t want to alienate any of our guests. After talking ideas through with Emma, the obvious choice was to use her as our celebrant. She helped us understand our feelings on marriage, life and spiritual/religious ceremonies. She also had many inspirational ideas of her own and was filled with knowledge about the different types of weddings available. Once she understood our personalities and interests she went away and created a beautiful ceremony unlike any I have ever witnessed or am likely to see as it was completely unique and suited to Stuart and I.
Emma was a joy to work with and put a huge amount of energy into her work, her attention to detail was without fault.
Our wedding day was amazing, her presence was powerful enough to hold the attention of over 80 guests. And with a very varied bunch of people there was something for everyone to relate to in the ceremony.
We would recommend her to anyone wanting a special and personal day,
Thank you Emma

  • James and Kirsten Married May 2009 Uffington White Horse

  • When Kirsten and I decided to get married we decided that it would have to be unique ceremony in a landscape that meant a great deal to both of us. As such we chose the site of the Uffington White Horse in picturesque Oxfordshire due to its undoubted spiritual and historical importance, not to mention the incredible beauty of the site and the surrounding landscape.

As we live in Australia, organising the event could have been a logistical nightmare. However, Emma was easy to contact and available at all times to talk about ideas, issues and timings. Without doubt, we could not have found a better person to oversee our small but intimate ceremony. Emma showed a great understanding of the significance of not only our ceremony, but also of the historical and spiritual aspects of the landscape in which we were to be married. She had ideas of her own which we incorporated with our ideas and she managed to provide a most incredibly moving and beautiful ceremony on top of Uffington Hill just above the famed white horse.

Emma is a joy to work with. Her enthusiasm and cheerfulness knows no bounds and her personality shines through in everything she does. We intend to catch up with her next time we are in England.

Both Kirsten and myself would recommend Emma to anyone who wants something just a little bit more special on their wedding day.

    Thanks again Emma.
